Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Partner to lead a sector cluster with full P&L ownership for a multi-stage venture platform.

You will source, evaluate, negotiate, fundraise, monitor and execute exits across Consumer Internet, Enterprise Software, Manufacturing, Fintech, and Services. You will mentor an 8-10 member team, drive sector strategy, build market maps and investment theses, and represent the platform to external LPs and investors.

Responsibilities

• Own the full investment cycle - sourcing, evaluation, IC, negotiation, fundraising, monitoring and exits
• Build thesis-led conviction; run deep due diligence and category mapping
• Lead and mentor an 8-10 member sector cluster with full sector P&L ownership
• Run weekly funnel reviews and quarterly sector strategy reviews
• Build market maps, competitive landscapes and investment theses; represent the platform externally
• Support founders across GTM, product, fundraising, governance and hiring; enable follow-ons through VC, family office and global investor networks
• Drive secondaries, strategic exits and structured liquidity events
• Co-drive the CAT I Angel Fund sector pipeline; engage LPs and ensure governance per CAT I AIF norms
