• Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve enrolment and revenue objectives.
• Drive B2C demand generation through digital campaigns, webinars, workshops, bootcamps, events, and institutional outreach.
• Manage partner marketing budgets and MDF activities, including proposals, approvals, utilization, documentation, and ROI reporting.
• Build and execute lead-generation campaigns across paid media, social, email, SEO, and landing pages.
• Monitor registrations, leads, conversions, CPL, and campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with sales, content, performance marketing, and partner teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain partner brand and compliance standards.
• Identify new customer segments and innovative campaigns to increase training participation.
