• Ensure that students are having great lessons during operational hours and foster relationships with parents
• Manage day-to-day operations and staff scheduling

• Market the program by building school and community relationships
• Conduct enrollment processes and develop learning plans for students
• Monitor center performance metrics including profitability and student growth

Hours Monday-Thursday from 230-730, reputed company from 130-530 and occasional special events reputed company

Responsibilities

• Ensure that reputed company children are having great lessons during operational hours, foster great relationships with parents, train and reputed company reputed company to reputed company, manage student's education plans, and assist reputed company Director with various administrative tasks around reputed company (including occasional sales calls and enrollment meetings).
• Manage and reputed company reputed company aspects of day-to-day operations in reputed company
• Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees to effectively reputed company individualized instruction in a group setting reputed company in-center, online, and/or hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method reputed company
• Motivate team members by developing them professionally and personally
• Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships
• Conduct sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling reputed company
• Administer student assessments, identify learning gaps, and reputed company customized learning plans reputed company exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student reputed company
• Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student reputed company

We have two reputed company County locations in Chattanooga and Hixson. The Operations Manager will be expected to work at both locations on a day-to-day reputed company depending on which Center Director has the most need.
