Job summary

ISS India in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Parking Operations Lead to manage end-to-end parking for large campuses and high-footfall facilities. You will oversee vehicle movement, layout planning, manpower, shift rosters, and cross-functional coordination with security, facility management, and client teams.

The role requires coordinating with various stakeholders, optimizing occupancy, handling different parking categories, and ensuring SOPs and safety procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end parking operations for large corporate campuses, malls, commercial complexes, or high-footfall facilities.
• Handle high-volume vehicle movement, including peak-hour traffic management and entry/exit flow.
• Plan and implement efficient parking layouts, vehicle allocation, and traffic circulation.
• Manage parking manpower including supervisors, attendants, marshals, valet staff, and other operational personnel.
• Prepare shift rosters, manpower deployment plans, attendance and productivity reports.
• Ensure smooth coordination between parking, security, facility management, housekeeping and client teams.
• Monitor parking occupancy and optimize available parking spaces.
• Handle VIP/VVIP parking, employee parking, visitor parking, vendor parking and reserved parking.
• Ensure proper implementation of parking SOPs and service standards.
• Monitor and manage parking technology such as boom barriers, parking management systems, ANPR, RFID, QR-based systems, ticketing systems and payment systems.
• Handle customer/tenant/employee complaints related to parking and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor parking revenue, cashless transactions, ticketing and reconciliation where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, fire and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of parking areas, equipment, signage and vehicle movement.
• Coordinate during events, peak footfall periods and special occasions to ensure smooth parking operations.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports covering occupancy, manpower, incidents, revenue and operational performance.
• Train parking staff on customer service, traffic management, safety and emergency handling.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and customer experience.
