Qualifications

• 0–3 years hands-on experience managing performance-driven Google Ads / PPC campaigns (Agency exp preferred).
• Google Ads Search Certification preferred.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setup.
• Results-oriented and numbers-driven; manage client budgets by metrics like CPA, CTR, ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Setup & Management: Build and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• CRO: Monitor ad spend, test ads, optimize landing pages, and refine bidding to reduce CPC and increase lead conversions.
• Keyword & Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth keyword analysis, negative keywords, and competitor research.
• Budget & ROI Tracking: Manage client ad budgets, deliver clear performance reports.
• Performance Scaling: Identify growth opportunities within active campaigns to scale accounts.
• Collaborative Execution: Work with SEO, content, and web dev teams to optimize landing pages and conversion tracking.

About the Role

DigiFills Pvt Ltd is seeking an aggressive, data-driven Google Ads Specialist (PPC) to join our team in Valasaravakkam, Chennai. In this role, you will be directly responsible for planning, executing, and scaling high-performance paid campaigns. Your primary goal is to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and drive consistent, high-quality lead generation for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Setup & Management: Build, structure, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Constantly monitor ad spend, test ad copy, optimize landing pages, and refine bidding strategies to lower Cost-Per-Click (CPC) and increase lead conversion rates.
• Keyword & Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth keyword analysis, negative keyword filtering, and competitor research to ensure maximum ad visibility and relevance.
• Budget & ROI Tracking: Manage client ad budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum profitability and delivering clear, transparent performance reports.
• Performance Scaling: Identify growth opportunities within active campaigns to scale client accounts and increase agency retention.
• Collaborative Execution: Work alongside our SEO, content, and web development teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Analytics conversions).

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 0 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing performance-driven Google Ads / PPC campaigns (Agency experience is strongly preferred).
• Certifications: Google Ads Search Certification (preferred).
• Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
• Mindset: Results-oriented and numbers-driven. You treat client ad budgets as your own and live by metrics like CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
