Job summary

Zydus Lifesciences in Goa invites applications for a production supervisor role with 4–5 years of experience. You will supervise day‑to‑day shop floor activities, ensure timely review of batches and documents, and prepare daily production reports.

Responsibilities

• Online completion of BPR and review.
• Prepare daily Production Report.

• Report to Production Head on production and machine breakdowns.
• Organize maintenance of equipment in assigned section.
• Adhere to cGMP in assigned section.

• Handle deviations, incidents, change control (QMS).
• Prepare Qualification Protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).

• Online completion of BPR and review.
• Preparation of daily Production Report.
• Timely review of Batch and documents.
• To ensure quality output with optimum utilization of man, material and machinery to achieve production target.
• Responsible for supervision of day to day activities on the shop floor.
• Daily reporting to Production Head about production, machine breakdown & discussion to minimize the same.
• Handling the production and packing related issues.
• Indent of metallic & rubber stereos as per production plan.
• To see the adherence to cGMP requirements in assigned section.
• Coordinates to other departments for dispatches of the goods.
• To organize for proper maintenance of equipment’s in assigned section.
• To review and updates the cGMP documents in assigned section.
• To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Production manager or Plant Head.
• To organize for proper disposal of rejected material or waste generated during processing.
• Handling of software Right-code C, SAP, ERP.
• Handling of deviation/incident/change control (QMS).
• Handling of Market complains investigation.
• Preparing of Qualification Protocol (IQ, OQ and PQ).
