Lovely Offset Printers is seeking a packing/production specialist to plan and supervise daily packing activities, ensuring alignment with production and dispatch schedules. The role involves allocating tasks to packing staff, maintaining standards, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure accurate labeling and material usage.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in packing or production, with basic computer and MS Excel skills, and knowledge of packing materials and methods.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in packing or production.
• Experience in manufacturing industries preferred.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Knowledge of packing materials and packing methods.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage daily packing activities.
• Ensure packing work is completed as per the production and dispatch schedule.
• Allocate work to packing staff and monitor their performance.
• Ensure correct packing materials are used for each product.
• Check packing quality and avoid damages.
• Maintain proper packing standards and procedures.
• Monitor packing material stock and arrange materials when required.
• Reduce packing material wastage and control costs.
• Coordinate with production, quality, stores, and dispatch departments.
• Ensure correct product quantity, labelling, and marking.
• Maintain daily packing production and material consumption reports.
