Asoj Soft Caps is seeking a detail-oriented Packing Executive in Vadodara/India to manage daily packing operations, ensure product quality, maintain packing records, and help achieve production targets while adhering to company quality and safety standards.

The role requires knowledge of packing processes, basic computer skills, good communication, and the ability to meet timelines. You will work with production, QC, stores, and dispatch teams to ensure timely completion of orders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of packing and packaging operations.
• Proficient with MS Excel and basic computer skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Ability to manage work within defined timelines.
• Knowledge of 5S, safety and documentation procedures.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily packing operations according to production plans and packing instructions.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, sealing, and marking of finished products.
• Verify product quantity, batch numbers, labels, and packaging specifications.
• Inspect finished goods and packaging materials to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain daily packing reports, production records, and material consumption records.
• Monitor packing material stock and coordinate with the stores department.
• Minimize material wastage and packing errors.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and 5S standards.
• Achieve daily packing targets and support timely dispatch of finished goods.
