Job summary

U Liva Nutrition LLP in Rajkot, Gujarat is seeking an experienced Packing In-Charge to lead the packing department. You will plan, monitor, and optimize packing operations to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in packing/production with at least 2 years in supervision, and a Diploma or Bachelor's degree. Knowledge of GMP/GHP and FMCG/Nutraceutical environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years experience in packing/production.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in food/nutraceutical/FMCG/pharma industry.
• Experience in manpower handling and productivity monitoring.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the position is:

To take overall operational control of the Packing Department by effectively planning and utilizing manpower, monitoring individual and departmental productivity, ensuring achievement of packing targets, maintaining workforce discipline, ensuring compliance with approved SOPs/GMP/GHP requirements, controlling packing documentation and providing accurate operational MIS directly to the Plant Head.
