This role is for a packing operations and safety lead responsible for ensuring adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety norms while driving operational excellence. The position involves conducting toolbox talks, reporting near-misses, participating in safety Kaizen and ESG activities, and ensuring quality standards in packing operations. You will contribute to regulatory readiness by maintaining accurate documentation, supporting RCA and CAPA during breakdowns, and ensuring timely delivery against production plans. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, OEE monitoring, resource management, and coordination with planning and warehouse teams. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, 5S, and operational excellence initiatives, while supporting environmental sustainability and CSR activities.
Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field is mandatory. OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field is mandatory.
