Qualifications

• Education: 12th Pass (HSC) from a recognized board.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years in a manufacturing plant or packing department; freshers welcome.
• Industry focus: Plastic, Rubber, Auto-component, or Industrial Manufacturing unit preferred.
• Skills: basic math for counting and inventory verification; read packing labels and batch codes in English or Hindi; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished plastic and rubber products for defects before packing.
• Securely pack finished goods using standard packing materials and tools.
• Label goods with product codes, batch numbers, quantity, and dispatch destinations.
• Count and verify items packed against production manifest to avoid discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe packing floor following 5S guidelines.
• Assist dispatch and warehouse teams in moving boxes using pallet jacks or trolleys.

Job Description: Packing Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and active Packing Executive to join our production team in the Plastic & Rubber manufacturing unit based in Waluj. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the final stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring all rubber and plastic components are accurately inspected, labeled, securely packed, and prepared for dispatch according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Inspection: Visually inspect finished plastic and rubber products (such as molded parts, seals, components, or containers) to ensure they meet quality guidelines and are free from defects before packing.
• Packing Operations: Securely pack finished goods into designated boxes, crates, or bags using standard packing materials, wrapping techniques, and automated strapping tools.
• Labeling & Documentation: Ensure every packed box is accurately labeled with the correct product codes, batch numbers, quantity count, and dispatch destinations.
• Inventory Count: Count and verify the total number of items packed against the production manifest to eliminate discrepancies.
• Workplace Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free packing floor, strictly adhering to safety guidelines and the 5S methodology.
• Team Coordination: Assist the dispatch and warehouse teams in moving heavy boxes to loading zones using pallet jacks or trolley systems.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC) from a recognized board.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant or packing department. (Freshers with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply).
• Industry Focus: Previous experience working within a Plastic, Rubber, Auto-component, or Industrial Manufacturing unit is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Basic mathematical skills for counting and inventory verification.
  • Ability to read and understand packing labels, batch codes, and work instructions in English or Hindi.
  • Attention to detail to quickly spot defective products.
• Physical Fitness: Capability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift packages weighing up to 15–20 kg.
