Job summary

Bagavathi Estate in Karnataka seeks a Coffee Packaging / Processing Associate with 1–2 years of experience in the coffee industry. You will measure, weigh, and pack roasted beans, operate sealing machines, and ensure labels, dates and expiry details are correct while maintaining hygiene and safety on the line.

The role is on-site under Production (Coffee), reporting to the Chairman, with responsibilities across weighing, packing, labeling, and cleanliness to support quality coffee production.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of different coffee types and processes.
• Experience in coffee production or packaging (1–2 years) preferred.
• Must follow quality, hygiene, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure coffee beans accurately (e.g., 250 g, 500 g) and place in packaging bags.
• Operate packing machines to heat-seal bags and ensure airtight seals.
• Apply correct labels with product name, production date and expiry details.
• Verify bags for proper sealing and cleanliness; manage packaging area.
• Pack finished products into cartons for storage or shipment; maintain machine cleanliness.
• Record packaging quantities and quality results accurately; follow procedures.

Job Summary: we are seeking a Coffee – Packaging / Processing Associate with 1 to 2 years of experience in the coffee industry or in the coffee Estate Etc. The candidate should have a knowledge in coffee types and assist in the production process by accurately (measuring, weighing, packing and processing) roasted coffee beans for the market in accordance with company’s quality, hygiene and safety standards.

Qualification:

• Minimum high school qualification (Preferred).
• Knowledge of coffee types.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in coffee production or packaging or related field (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Weighing and measuring: Accurately measure and weigh the required quantities of coffee beans (e.g., 250 g and 500 g) and transfer them into packaging bags.
• Operate packing machines to heat‑seal bags and ensure they are airtight.
• Correctly apply labels to each packet, including the product name, production date and expiry details.
• Verify sealed bags are not torn or improperly closed and maintaining overall product cleanliness.
• Pack finished products into cartons for storage, distribution, or export.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the packaging machines and the overall work area.
• Accurately Record packaging quantities, and quality results accurately.
• Follow the company quality, hygiene, and safety procedures throughout the packaging process.
