Job summary

JITO in Thane is seeking a Quality Control professional to ensure product adherence to quality standards. You will conduct inspections, maintain records, and promote compliance and safety in packaging operations.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and 1–3 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of quality control procedures is essential. Certifications in quality management systems are a plus. This is an onsite position.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Packaging Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of packaging materials and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality control tests, inspections, and any corrective actions taken. Prepare and submit regular reports on quality control activities and outcomes to senior management.
• Process Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor packaging processes to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all packaging operations comply with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements. Promote a culture of safety and quality within the team.
• Training and Development: Assist in training packaging staff on quality standards and best practices. Provide guidance and support to ensure continuous improvement in packaging quality.
