Job summary

Nat Habit is seeking a Packaging Designer in Gurgaon to bring our brand ecosystem to life across packaging formats and product ranges. You will focus on packaging adaptations and rollout across SKUs while ensuring cohesiveness with the brand vision.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of packaging design experience, a strong eye for layout, typography and color, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDraw. This role is based at Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in packaging design, packaging adaptation, or artwork design.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and CorelDraw.
• Experience working with dielines, packaging artwork, and print production processes.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and file management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently within established brand systems while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and extend existing packaging systems across multiple SKUs, variants, sizes, and formats
• Execute packaging rollouts while ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines and visual systems.
• Prepare production-ready artwork, layouts, and print files with high attention to detail
• Manage and modify dielines, layouts,and packaging assets as required.
• Work closely with the creative, and production teams to execute packaging accurately and efficiently
• Manage dielines, typography, imagery, color corrections, and packaging updates
• Maintain brand integrity across all packaging applications
• Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure quality output and feasibility
• Organize and maintain packaging files, version control

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of design systems, packaging layouts, typography, and production processes, and enjoys bringing structure, precision, and excellence to execution.
