Job summary

Mosaic Wellness is seeking a mid‑senior Packaging Designer to support day‑to‑day BAU packaging design across our consumer brands, with experience in FMCG, D2C, wellness, beauty, or personal care packaging.

This role involves creating print‑ready artwork, managing dielines, maintaining versioned files, and collaborating with the creative team to deliver high‑quality visuals on time and in line with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of experience in packaging design, preferably within FMCG, D2C, wellness, beauty, or personal care categories.
• Strong working proficiency in dielines, print production processes (offset, flexo, digital), and pre‑press requirements.
• Attention to detail and strict adherence to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of BAU packaging design requests across brands re‑orders, pack‑size variants, minor artwork updates, and routine SKU changes ensuring consistent, on‑time turnaround.
• Create print‑ready artwork and dielines for cartons, labels, pouches, and other packaging formats, adhering strictly to brand and category guidelines.
• Maintain an organised, version‑controlled repository of packaging files, dielines, and approved artwork for quick retrieval and reuse.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts and deliver high‑quality visual content.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Mosaic Wellness is looking for a mid-senior Packaging Designer to support the day-to-day (BAU) packaging design

needs across our portfolio of consumer brands.

This is an ideal role for a designer with prior hands‑on experience in FMCG, D2C, wellness, beauty, or personal care packaging who can be productive with minimal ramp‑up time and take ownership of BAU execution independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end‑to‑end execution of BAU packaging design requests across brands re‑orders, pack‑size variants, minor artwork updates, and routine SKU changes ensuring consistent, on‑time turnaround.
• Create print‑ready artwork and dielines for cartons, labels, pouches, and other packaging formats, adhering strictly to brand and category guidelines.
• Maintain an organised, version‑controlled repository of packaging files, dielines, and approved artwork for quick retrieval and reuse.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts and deliver high‑quality visual content.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Min 2 years of experience in packaging design, preferably within FMCG, D2C, wellness, beauty, or personal care categories.
• Strong working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; familiarity with CorelDraw is a plus.
• Solid understanding of dielines, print production processes (offset, flexo, digital), and pre‑press requirements.
• Strong eye for detail, colour accuracy, and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Ability to independently manage multiple, concurrent packaging requests with minimal supervision.
• Exposure to regulatory‑driven packaging changes (FSSAI, BIS, or similar) is an advantage.
