Must have skills : ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and utilizing various tools and platforms to customize solutions. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain compatibility across systems while adapting features to align with organizational needs, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the application environment.

• Experience in configuring workflows, business rules, and service catalog items within ServiceNow HRSD.
• Ability to utilize APIs and low-code development tools to customize and extend application functionality.
• Familiarity with release management processes and ensuring system stability during updates.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to packaged or SaaS applications.
