Professional & Technical Skills :

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), CMDB Developer.
• Strong understanding of configuration management principles and database management within ServiceNow environments.
• Experience with integration techniques using APIs and web services to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Ability to utilize low-code/no-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality effectively.
• Familiarity with release management processes and tools to support application deployment and version control.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to application configuration and performance.

Additional Information :

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office / Location is flexible.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
