• Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to work with low-code/no-code tools to streamline application development and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system functionality.
• Understanding of release management processes and version control in SaaS environments.

Additional Information:
