Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an operations supervisor to oversee outbound parcel processing at our package center facilities in Kolkata.

You will conduct pre-operation checks, manage sorting, loading, and dispatch, and supervise Part-Time Supervisors, Administrative staff, and Hourly employees. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Access/Outlook, ability to lift 32 kg, and flexibility to work up to five days weekly with strong written and spoken

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes previous dispatch results to maximize service performance and streamline routes and ensures outbound packages are processed, loaded, and leave the building on time.
