Pace Hr Consulting is hiring for a Relationship Manager in Ranchi. The role targets candidates with 5+ years in banking, focusing on retail banking and wealth management. You will manage preferred customers, cross-sell products, and act as the primary contact for client servicing.

Location is Ranchi with a CTC of 6–12 LPA. Prior experience with major banks is preferred, and portfolio size handling is required.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.
• Experience in Retail Banking/Wealth management is preferred.
• Knowledge of liability and third-party products (mutual funds, insurance).

Role & responsibilities

Stable candidate ) minimun 5 yr experince in current organization

• Need candidates who are Deputy Manager (minimum 2-3 years in same grade) / Manager (1 - 2 years in same grade) and handling portfolio size of minimum 15-20 crores. Local candidates who have worked/working in the Ranchi market would be preferred.

( mainly prefered : AXIS BANK ,ICICI BANK ,INDUSLND BANK ,YES BANK ,BANDHAN BANK ,IDFC BANK )

• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Banking sector only .

• Sales across all product segments Third Party Products, Assets, Cards etc.
• Ensure certification of documentation required for opening and maintaining customer accounts
• Error free documentation for all account opening and all customer instructions (Stop payments, FD Closure, etc
