Welspun Transformation Services Limited, part of the Welspun Group, is seeking a seasoned P2P CoE Head to lead Procure-to-Pay operations from the Global Capability Centre. You will build a scalable, digitally-enabled P2P Centre of Excellence servicing multiple entities globally.

This role emphasizes compliance with statutory and MSME regulations, control of working capital, and a shift toward a touchless, analytics-driven operating model over three years, delivering SLA performance at benchmark

Qualifications

15-20 years of relevant work experience in P2P/Accounts Payable.
Experience in Shared Services for manufacturing/IT industries.
Bachelor/Master/CA qualifications as listed.

Responsibilities

Lead P2P COE operations including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payments.
Define SLAs, KPIs, and controls for service delivery.
Ensure statutory and MSME compliance in payments.
Drive automation through RPA and ERP/SAP implementations.
Oversee payment accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
Lead internal and external audits for Accounts Payable.
Manage stakeholder relationships with Procurement, Finance, Audit and Vendors.
Provide people leadership and build a high-performing team.

The incumbent will be responsible for establishing a scalable, controlled, and digitally-enabled P2P Centre of Excellence that services multiple legal entities across various geographies. The role requires ensuring compliance with statutory and MSME payment regulations while safeguarding the Group's working capital and vendor relationships. The P2P CoE Head will hold single-point accountability for P2P service delivery, aiming to transition the function from traditional transaction processing to a touchless, analytics-driven operating model over a three-year horizon. The role involves strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering against committed SLAs at benchmark cost-to-serve.
