Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in overseas education counselling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of UK universities, admissions, and visa procedures.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding UK education opportunities, universities, courses, visa process, and career pathways
• Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and email
• Assess student profiles and guide them on suitable universities and courses
• Assist students with application documentation and admissions process
• Coordinate with universities and internal admissions teams for application updates
• Follow up with prospective students to achieve enrolment targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and student databases
• Support students throughout the application and visa journey
• Participate in student recruitment activities, seminars, and events when required

Global Student Centre is looking for dynamic and motivated UK Overseas Education Counselors to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have experience in student counselling, UK university admissions, and converting student enquiries into successful applications.

This is a full-time office-based role suited for individuals who are target-driven, professional, and passionate about international education.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding UK education opportunities, universities, courses, visa process, and career pathways

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in overseas education counselling (UK market preferred)

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Professional attitude and strong follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Work From Office only (No Work From Home)
