Job summary

HTMB-AI is seeking an Outreach Agent in the Greater Delhi Area for a full-time on-site role. You will conduct daily outbound and inbound communications via phone, email, and digital channels, following established scripts and workflows while adapting messaging to individual needs.

You will maintain CRM records, qualify opportunities, schedule demos, gather feedback, and work with colleagues to refine outreach strategies, meeting performance targets and quality standards.

Role Description

The OutreachAgents role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. In this role, the Outreach Agent will conduct daily outbound and inbound communications with prospects and customers through phone, email, and digital channels, following established scripts and workflows while adapting messaging to individual needs. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in outreach and CRM systems, following up on leads, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments or demonstrations for the sales or account management teams. The Outreach Agent will also gather feedback from contacts, report common questions or issues, and collaborate with colleagues to refine outreach strategies and messaging. This position involves meeting performance targets, adhering to communication standards, and contributing ideas to improve outreach processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and a customer-focused approach.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, such as managing call lists, prioritizing follow-ups, and maintaining accurate documentation.
