Job summary

Alila Fort Bishangarh in Jaipur is seeking an Outlet Manager to run the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, ensuring guest and owner satisfaction while meeting budgets and contributing to the outlet's financial success.

You will manage the outlet as a profitable unit, delivering high service standards and collaborating with food & beverage, kitchen and guest services teams to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
