Job summary

Alila Diwa Goa is seeking an Assistant Manager - Outlet to support efficient department operations in line with Hyatt's standards. You will assist the Outlet Manager to run the outlet as a profitable unit, ensuring guest satisfaction while managing budgets.

The role requires hospitality experience, ideally with a degree or diploma in hospitality, and at least 2 years in a supervisory role in a hotel or large restaurant.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
