Job summary

Alila Fort Bishangarh in Jaipur is seeking a Restaurant Manager to run the Japanese outlet in line with Hyatt International standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to budget and brand directives. You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the department and for maximizing the outlet's financial performance.

As the manager of the outlet, you will lead daily operations, drive service excellence, and ensure the outlet operates as a profitable unit within the brand standards

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
• Manage the assigned Japanese outlet as a successful independent profit centre, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget.
