Job summary

Tata Electronics Private Limited is seeking an Outbound Operations Executive to drive efficient dispatch from the warehouse to customers. You will manage order processing, packing, shipping labels, and invoicing, and coordinate with Mfg, PPC, Transporter and customer service.

Monitor schedules, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure safety and quality procedures while identifying improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or outbound operations.
• Proficiency in Excel/MS Office; knowledge of WMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily outbound operations from picking to dispatch.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, PPC, transport, and customer service teams.
• Monitor shipment schedules and delivery performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and update systems.
• Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, shipping labels, and packaging.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and procedures.
• Analyze outbound performance and identify improvements.
• Support continuous process improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

The Outbound Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient dispatch of products from the Warehouse to customers. The role involves order processing, shipment coordination, inventory accuracy, transportation management, and adherence to customer specific guidelines, despatch requirements.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Analyze outbound performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or outbound operations.
• Knowledge of WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
