Job summary

Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our Bengaluru facility. You will lead shift teams, ensure safety and quality standards, monitor equipment, and report on productivity.

This role requires strong leadership and the ability to train staff across shifts. We value hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor crew members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in production supervision or shift management.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations during assigned shifts.
• Supervise and guide production operators to meet daily targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Prepare and submit shift reports, highlighting productivity and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and reduce downtime and improve yield.
• Train and mentor staff to improve efficiency and skill levels.
