Job summary

Tata Electronics Private Limited seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee shift operations, drive output, and maintain safety and quality standards at our Assam facility. You will mentor operators, coordinate with maintenance, and implement Lean practices and ERP systems to improve yield and uptime.

Candidates should have 5–8 years of supervision experience in manufacturing and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in production supervision or shift management.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ERP systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations during assigned shifts.
• Supervise and guide production operators to meet daily targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Prepare and submit shift reports, highlighting productivity and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and reduce downtime and improve yield.
• Train and mentor staff to improve efficiency and skill levels.
