Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in warehouse/logistics and proficiency with WMS/ERP and MS Excel. This is a full-time on-site role based in India, Assam, with a focus on efficient, compliant outbound operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or outbound operations.
• Knowledge of WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily outbound operations, including order picking, packing, staging, and dispatch.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders.
• Coordinate with Mfg., PPC, Transporter, and customer service teams.
• Monitor shipment schedules and delivery performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and update relevant systems.
• Prepare dispatch documentation, invoices, shipping labels & other packaging requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Analyze outbound performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
