Tata Semiconductor Assembly & Test (TSAT) is Tata Group’s greenfield venture focused on IC and SMT packaging. This role oversees inbound and outbound logistics, customs compliance, and cost optimization to ensure efficient material flow and on-time customer deliveries.

Based in India, you will coordinate with suppliers, production planning and logistics partners, driving improvements in delivery performance, regulatory compliance, and cost reduction across the end-to-end supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Inbound logistics: Manage domestic and international transportation of raw materials, components, and equipment.
• Inbound logistics: Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and procurement teams.
• Inbound logistics: Ensure timely clearance of imported shipments and minimize customs delays.
• Inbound logistics: Monitor supplier delivery performance and logistics KPIs.
• Inbound logistics: Develop contingency plans for critical material shortages and line-down situations.
• Outbound logistics: Ensure on-time shipment of finished goods to customers.
• Outbound logistics: Coordinate with production planning, warehouse, and customer service teams.
• Outbound logistics: Manage carrier selection, freight negotiations, and transportation contracts.
• Outbound logistics: Support customer escalations related to shipment delays and logistics issues.
• Customs, Trade Compliance & Regulatory Management: Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements.
• Customs, Trade Compliance & Regulatory Management: Manage duty optimization programs, FTA utilization, and statutory documentation.
• Customs, Trade Compliance & Regulatory Management: Coordinate with customs authorities and logistics service providers.
• Customs, Trade Compliance & Regulatory Management: Maintain records for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Cost Optimization: Develop logistics budgets and monitor transportation costs.
• Cost Optimization: Drive freight cost reduction initiatives.
• Cost Optimization: Optimize transportation routes, shipment consolidation, and packaging methods.
• Cost Optimization: Improve working capital through inventory and logistics efficiency initiatives.

Tata Semiconductor Assembly & Test (TSAT) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing in IC & SMT Packages.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building Indias first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Packaging facility . This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Job Description:

1. Inbound Logistics & Materials Management

• Manage domestic and international transportation of raw materials, components, and equipment.
