Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) professional in India to lead requirements, configure modules, and support ERP integrations. The role demands strong domain knowledge in transportation planning, execution, and billing, with hands-on experience across multiple modes.

You will collaborate with logistics, IT, and business teams to design and optimize processes, prepare design documents, and drive SIT/UAT cycles through go-live.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years hands-on functional experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud or On-Prem.
• Strong knowledge of OTM function areas: Transportation Planning, Execution & Tracking, Rate & Contract Management, Carrier Integration, Freight Payment & Billing.
• Experience in configuring OTM entities: Agents & Automation, Rate and tariff setups, Planning constraints & parameters.
• Hands-on experience across modes (FTL, LTL, parcel, ocean, air).

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business users and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Configure and implement OTM modules including: Order Management, Shipment Planning & Optimization, Rate Management, Carrier Management, Freight Settlement & Billing, Shipment Execution.
• Define and set up OTM master data, planning parameters, rate structures, agents, and workflows.
• Design transportation processes aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
• Support integration between OTM and ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, WMS, 3PL systems).
• Coordinate with development and technical teams for integration, reporting, and customization requirements.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), test cases, and training materials.
• Drive SIT, UAT cycles and support go-live & post-production activities.
• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and process improvements for OTM users.
• Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and IT teams to optimize transportation operations.
