Job summary

Careernet in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced O2C Leader to oversee the Cash Application team within a global shared services environment. You will guide 10 team members, drive process efficiency, and ensure compliance while collaborating with Global Process Owner and business units.

The role requires 6+ years in Order to Cash (cash application a must) and 3+ years in leadership, with strong accounting background and excellent English communication. SAP and MS Office proficiency are essential.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within O2C and align with Global Process Owner
• Maintain compliance with applicable policies and procedures
• Drive strategy for short- and long-term O2C goals
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders in Controlling and Business Units

Key Responsibilities

• Manage O2C Cash Application team (approx. 10 team members)
• Manage O2C team and processes - ensure efficiency and quality of work produced
• Coach, mentor and support development of team members, recognize key employees
• Perform regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement and change initiatives within the O2C function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine. Form a strong collaborative
• relationship with Global Process Owner
• Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes
• Drive strategy framework for O2C influencing short-term and long-term perspective
• Build strong relationship with key stakeholders within Controlling and Business Units

Experience :

• Overall 6+ years of experience within Order to Cash process (Cash application knowledge is a must)
• Overall 3+ years of experience in the leadership role (total 9+ years of experience)
• Strong accounting background
• Prior experience in finance & accounting functions in a shared services environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Very good command of English
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office
