Job summary

Live Connections is hiring for Order to Cash (O2C) – Accounts Receivable Collections in Bangalore. The role offers CTC up to 5.5 LPA and requires relevant AR collections experience with international clients. Night shift availability is expected.

Ideal candidates will handle international voice processes, demonstrate strong communication, and possess understanding of O2C cycles, dispute handling, and credit management within AR.

• Experience handling international customers via inbound and outbound calls.

• Familiarity with credit management, credit reviews, refunds, and order handling.
• Ability to perform Accounts Receivable activities accurately.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
