Job summary

VOYE HOMES is seeking an OTA operations coordinator to manage listings on multiple platforms and optimize occupancy across a premium holiday home portfolio. You will update availability, rates, and property details, while ensuring accuracy and consistency across channels.

You will coordinate with owners and internal teams to resolve bookings and issues, and provide exceptional guest support. The role focuses on maximizing visibility and revenue, preparing reports on bookings and OTA performance,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
• Hands-on experience with OTA platforms and reservation management.
• Fluency in English and local language preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
