Job summary

QHT Clinic in Delhi is seeking an OT Staff – Hair Transplant to support the smooth functioning of the Operation Theatre during hair transplant procedures. The role requires preparing and sterilizing the OT, arranging supplies, and coordinating with the clinical team.

Candidates with OT Technician/Paramedical backgrounds who understand hygiene and infection-control protocols, and who can work 10-hour shifts, six days a week (including Saturdays and Sundays), are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT setup or clinical/OT support preferred.
• OT Technician/Paramedical background acceptable.
• Strong hygiene and sterilization knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the OT before hair transplant procedures.
• Ensure sterilization of OT instruments per protocols.
• Arrange and maintain required OT supplies and consumables.
• Load and arrange supplies needed for the hair transplant process.
• Ensure OT is cleaned, organized and ready before procedures.
• Assist with OT preparation, pack-up and post-procedure cleaning.
• Maintain hygiene, sterilization and infection-control standards.
• Check availability of required instruments, consumables and supplies.
• Coordinate with the clinical team regarding OT requirements.
• Maintain storage of OT equipment and supplies.

Openings: 5
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: 1 day per week
Saturday & Sunday: Mandatory working days
