Job summary

Titan Engineering and Automation (TEAL) is seeking an experienced OSS Delivery and Project Manager to drive end-to-end software projects. You will plan resources, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple workstreams, while coordinating integrations with network elements and cloud platforms.

The role emphasizes hands-on OSS configuration, automation, and rigorous testing—SIT/UAT/FAT/SAT—delivering production-ready solutions with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with Telecom OSS platforms and integration
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON data formats
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix deployment workflows and scripting
• Familiarity with automation and orchestration tooling
• Understanding of network management protocols and interfaces

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OSS software project execution within scope, timeline, budget and quality objectives
• Coordinate planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication across streams
• Monitor milestones and ensure commitments meet organizational standards
• Configure and manage OSS platforms for inventory, fault, performance, service fulfillment and orchestration
• Lead integration between OSS solutions and network elements and enterprise systems
• Plan and execute SIT, UAT, FAT and SAT and coordinate releases and production rollouts
• Mentor team members, perform design reviews, and manage customer expectations with status updates
• Drive integration of OSS with cloud platforms, APIs, databases and external applications
• Promote automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency

Role & responsibilities

OSS Solution Delivery & Project Management

• Lead end-to-end OSS software project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure adherence to customer commitments and organizational standards.

OSS Application Configuration & Integration

• Configure and manage OSS platforms supporting network inventory, fault management, performance monitoring, service assurance, and orchestration processes.
• Lead integration activities between OSS solutions and network elements, third-party applications, and enterprise systems.
• Oversee system configuration, workflow development, automation, and customization activities.

Testing, Validation & Deployment

• Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Coordinate software releases, deployment activities, migration plans, and production rollouts.
• Ensure smooth cutover and post-deployment support for OSS implementations.

Team & Project Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams comprising software developers, integration engineers, business analysts, and support teams.
• Mentor junior team members and perform technical reviews of solution designs, configurations, and implementation plans.
• Manage customer expectations and provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

System Integration & Automation

• Drive integration of OSS platforms with network management systems, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and external applications.
• Support automation initiatives using scripting and workflow orchestration tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure interoperability across multiple technologies and communication interfaces.

Required Technical Skills

OSS Platforms

• Experience with Telecom OSS platforms supporting Inventory Management, Fault Management, Performance Management, Service Fulfillment, or Service Assurance.
• Hands-on experience with OSS/BSS ecosystems and network operations processes.

Software & Integration Technologies

• REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML.
• Database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Linux/Unix environments and application deployment processes.

Automation & Scripting

• Understanding of Python, Shell Scripting, or automation frameworks.
• Experience with workflow automation and orchestration tools.

Communication Protocols & Interfaces

• HTTP/HTTPS, REST, SOAP, SNMP, NETCONF, gRPC, and related network management interfaces.
• Knowledge of telecom protocols and API-based integrations.

Project Management Tools

• Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar project management platforms.
• Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Telecom domain experience with OSS/BSS transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications preferred.
