Capgemini in India is seeking an OSS Solution Design & Development Expert in Chennai/Bangalore with 12+ years of experience in telecom OSS architecture and large-scale transformation programs.

You will define transformation strategies, lead end-to-end solution design across fulfillment, assurance, inventory, and automation, and drive OSS/BSS integration using industry APIs.

Qualifications

Possess deep expertise across OSS domains including Service Fulfilment, Service Assurance, Inventory Management, Network Configuration, Fault & Performance Management, Service Orchestration, Network Automation, and OSS/BSS Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define OSS transformation strategies and target‑state architectures aligned with CSP business objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end OSS solution design covering Inventory, Fulfillment, Assurance, Planning, Configuration, and Network Automation domains.
