Job summary

Capgemini in India is seeking an OSS Solution Design & Development Expert with 12+ years experience in telecommunications OSS architecture, solution design, and large-scale transformation. The role requires leadership across Fulfillment, Assurance, Inventory, Configuration, and Network Automation domains.

Chennai and Bengaluru are the primary locations. This senior expert will drive end-to-end OSS architectures and integration programs with CSPs, APIs, and industry-standard frameworks.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in telecommunications OSS architecture, solution design, integration, and large-scale OSS transformation.
• Deep expertise across domains including Service Fulfilment, Service Assurance, Inventory Management, Network Configuration, Fault & Performance Management, Service Orchestration, Network Automation, and OSS/BSS Integration.

Responsibilities

• Define OSS transformation strategies and target-state architectures aligned with CSP business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end OSS solution design covering Inventory, Fulfillment, Assurance, Planning, Configuration, and Network Automation.
• Architect Order-to-Activate, Trouble-to-Resolve, and Service Lifecycle Management workflows.
• Lead OSS/BSS integration programs using industry-standard APIs and integration frameworks.
