Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring, improving, and maintaining our clients’ online reputation across various platforms. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth in the field of digital marketing and reputation management.

• Monitor and analyze online reviews, comments, and feedback related to the company and its products/services.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve online reputation and effectively address negative feedback.
• Collaborate with the ORM team to identify potential risks and opportunities for enhancing brand image.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in ORM to stay updated with the latest techniques and tools.
• Assist in creating and maintaining ORM reports, including tracking key metrics and presenting findings to the team.
• Support the ORM team in managing social media accounts and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Service, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
• Stay informed about emerging online platforms and technologies that may impact online reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and online monitoring tools.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of ORM tools and analytics is an added advantage.
