ORM Analyst

As an ORM Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and protecting the online reputation of our clients across platforms such as Google Reviews, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and various review or third‑party sites. You’ll work closely with internal teams to address negative feedback, promote positive sentiment, and ensure a consistent, professional brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage brand mentions, reviews, and feedback across social media, review sites, and search engines
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional, timely, and brand‑aligned manner
• Actively participate in social media engagement to build positive sentiment around the brand
• Coordinate with internal teams (social media, content, customer service) to address concerns or queries
• Manage crisis communication and elevate issues when necessary
• Track, analyze, and report online sentiment and feedback trends (Social Listening)
• Dislike or downvote negative/unfair reviews, where applicable
• Focus on increasing positive visibility and brand advocacy across platforms
• Work on Google My Business (GMB) and assist in maintaining up-to-date, optimized profiles

Support brand awareness efforts by encouraging positive interactions and sharing success stories.
