As an ORM Trainee , you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the online reputation of our clients, addressing negative content, and fostering positive engagement across digital platforms.

• Monitor brand mentions and sentiment across various platforms.
• Respond to online reviews, comments, and manage potential crises.
• Create and distribute positive content to enhance brand reputation.
