Enigma Human Capital is seeking a senior professional in Chennai to lead Oracle OMCS implementations, overseeing end-to-end order management and customer service operations. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve complex order issues, and drive data-driven improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires extensive experience with OMCS modules, strong project management, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations

Formación

• 10-15 years of experience in Oracle OMCS implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of OMCS modules such as Order Management, Invoicing, Shipping, and Returns Processing.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

• Oversee customer service operations, including resolving issues related to orders, returns, and exchanges.
