Marctory in Gurugram, India is seeking a Formulation Specialist to lead the development of toothpaste gels and pastes for the personal care portfolio. You will oversee end-to-end formulation, stability testing, and regulatory compliance, driving product launches with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or Cosmetic Science and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in personal care product development, with strong leadership and research skills.

• Minimum 3 years in product development within the personal care industry, with a focus on formulation.
• Proven ability to formulate gel and paste toothpaste; familiarity with end-to-end product development process.
