Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize cosmetic & personal care formulations.
• Conduct lab trials, stability, and compatibility testing.
• Research new raw materials, actives, and formulation systems.
• Prepare formulation sheets, SOPs, and batch documentation.
• Ensure GMP, ISO, and quality standards compliance.
• Support scale-up from lab to production batches.

We are hiring for Formulation Research and Development Jobs to support end-to-end formulation activities—from concept and lab trials to scale-up and commercial production. This role is ideal for professionals with strong formulation knowledge and hands‑on R&D experience in cosmetic or personal care manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize cosmetic & personal care formulations
• Perform lab trials, stability, and compatibility testing
• Research new raw materials, actives, and formulation systems
