Job summary

Purview Services in Jaipur, India seeks an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) consultant to drive requirement gathering, design, and module configuration across Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, Carrier Management, and Billing.

You will implement master data, planning parameters, and integration with ERP systems, lead testing cycles, and produce FDD/BRD documents, ensuring seamless transportation operations for multi-modal logistics.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of hands-on OTM experience (Cloud or On-Prem).
• Strong knowledge of OTM functional areas: Transportation Planning, Execution & Tracking, Rate & Contract Management, Carrier Integration, Freight Payment & Billing.
• Experience configuring OTM entities: Agents & Automation, Rate and tariff setups, Planning constraints and parameters, Service providers, calendars & resources.
• Hands-on experience in transportation processes across modes (FTL, LTL, parcel, ocean, air).
• SQL knowledge preferred.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business users and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Configure and implement OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning & Optimization, Rate Management, Carrier Management, Freight Settlement & Billing, Shipment Execution.
• Define and set up OTM master data, planning parameters, rate structures, agents, and workflows.
• Design transportation processes aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
• Support integration between OTM and ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, WMS, 3PL systems).
• Coordinate with development and technical teams for integration, reporting, and customization requirements.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), test cases, and training materials.
• Drive SIT, UAT cycles and support go-live & post-production activities.
• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and process improvements for OTM users.
• Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and IT teams to optimize transportation operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Oracle OTM / SCM certification is a plus.
• 3–10 years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) – Cloud or On-Prem.
