Job summary

Purview Services in India is seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) consultant to lead requirements, design, and configuration across multiple modules. You will coordinate with business users, IT, and ERP teams to deliver end-to-end OTM solutions and ensure smooth go-lives.

The role requires 3–10 years of hands-on OTM experience, strong documentation skills, and ability to work with multi-modal transportation, carriers, and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field is required.
• OTM/SCM certification is a plus.
• 3–10 years of hands-on functional OTM experience (cloud or on-prem).
• Strong knowledge of OTM areas: Planning, Execution, Rate/Contract, Carrier Integration, Billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering with business users and translate to functional specs.
• Configure and implement OTM modules: Order Management, Planning & Optimization, Rate/Contract, Carrier, Billing, Execution.
• Define OTM master data, planning parameters, rate structures, agents, workflows.
• Design transportation processes aligned with best practices.
• Support ERP integrations (Oracle EBS, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, WMS, 3PL).
• Coordinate with dev/tech teams for integration, reporting, and customization.
• Prepare FDDs, test cases, and training materials.
• Drive SIT, UAT cycles and go-live/post-production support.
• Provide ongoing functional support and process improvements for OTM users.
• Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and IT to optimize transport ops.

• Support integration between OTM and ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, WMS, 3PL systems).
• Coordinate with development and technical teams for integration, reporting, and customization requirements.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), test cases, and training materials.
• Drive SIT, UAT cycles and support go-live & post-production activities.
• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and process improvements for OTM users.
• Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and IT teams to optimize transportation operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Oracle OTM / SCM certification is a plus.
• 3–10 years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) – Cloud or On-Prem.
