Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) Tech Lead to design, customize, and integrate the Service Contracts module (OKS). You will bridge business stakeholders, BSA’s and IT teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions aligned to strategic objectives.

You will provide L3 support, mentor the team, and drive automation using Oracle tools and middleware such as OIC, Mulesoft, and ODI, while promoting secure coding practices and agile collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) technical development.
• 3+ years with Oracle Service Contracts and related modules.
• Strong PL/SQL knowledge and APIs (OKS, OKC, CSI).
• Experience with interfaces to CPQ, Order Management, AR and AP.
• Good to have Oracle Fusion migration exposure and middleware skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, customization, and maintenance of the Oracle EBS Service Contracts module (OKS).
• Provide L3 production support, root-cause analysis and process optimization.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with stakeholders.
