Job summary

Motorola Solutions Inc in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS professional to lead functional design, configuration, and enhancements for Oracle Service Contracts. You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions across Oracle EBS, CPQ, and Fusion Cloud, collaborating with stakeholders and enterprise architecture to drive process improvements.

The role requires hands-on experience with end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and Renewal-to-Cash workflows, plus interfacing with AR/AP

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with Oracle EBS projects, preferably Oracle Service Contracts.
• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ and Oracle Fusion Cloud is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration with business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and enhancements for Oracle Service Contracts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and enterprise architecture to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Own end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and Renewal-to-Cash workflows and interfaces (AR/AP, Order Management).
• Define test scenarios, lead UAT, and coordinate testing across teams.
• Provide L3 functional production support and root-cause analysis.
• Expose to OIC or middleware like Mulesoft for integrations and automation.
