Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a senior Oracle EBS professional to lead functional design, configuration, and enhancements for Oracle Service Contracts. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and enterprise architecture to translate requirements into scalable solutions across Oracle CPQ and Fusion Cloud.

The role requires 8+ years of IT experience, expertise in Oracle EBS projects, and strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and enhancements for Oracle Service Contracts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions across Oracle apps (EBS, CPQ, Fusion).
• Oversee end-to-end Quote-to-cash and Renewal-to-cash workflows and amendments.
• Define end-to-end test scenarios, coordinate UAT with cross-functional teams.
• Provide L3 functional support for production incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Foster an agile, innovative team culture and communicate risks to leadership.

Job description

• Lead functional design, configuration, and enhancement requests for Oracle Service Contracts (Cloud or E-Business Suite).
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the enterprise architecture team to translate business requirements via Business Process Documents, Functional Specifications and User Stories into scalable technical solutions across Oracle EBS, Oracle CPQ, and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Good hands on experience with end-to-end Quote-to-cash and Renewal-to-cash workflows and amendment processes.
• Design and maintain interfaces between Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts payables(AP).
• Define end-to-end test scenarios, Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate testing across cross-functional teams.
• Provide L3 functional support for production incidents, root-cause analysis, and continuous process optimization.
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware architectures like Mulesoft connecting Oracle ERP/CPQ.
• Dynamic to learn new technologies, products and features in Oracle
• Lead and inspire your team to foster an agile and innovative culture.
• Communicate risk/issues to leadership and recommend solutions.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Systematic and organized in day-to-day operations.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Good understanding of Inventory, Order Management & Shipping flows in R12 and Oracle Fusion.
• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay flows in R12 and Oracle Fusion.
